Born in 1980 in Durban, South Africa and educated in the UK at the University of Bath where he studied International Management with a Modern Language (French), Andre spent 2 years studying and living in France and moved to Tokyo in 2005.
Since then, he has mainly been in the recruitment industry, having covered the Hospitality and Market Research Industry before starting up one of the first specialized Automotive Recruitment Teams in Japan.
In 2014 he had become the only foreign born national to be a Sales Divisional Director in the Tokyo Stock Listed Japanese Recruitment Firm, JAC Recruitment.
In 2016 he started Turnpoint Consulting with a vision to build a global automotive recruitment agency – the go-to-firm for anyone working in the automotive market.
