I founded iSearch Worldwide K.K. at the end of 2004 (licensed in 2005).

During my insurance career I was CEO of a major life insurance company in Singapore and President
of an international insurance direct marketing company in Japan.

My business experience helps me understand our client companies' needs as well
as the experience and abilities of the candidates I select for introduction to those clients.

I recruit mainly bilingual Japanese, for mid to executive level positions, for our international clients.

On a personal note, I have lived in Japan for over 33 years and consider Japan my primary home.

After years of managing, building, and developing companies in the insurance industry I am now

Our office mainly represents foreign firms who are seeking qualified, bilingual Japanese staff.
