An online travel services company is seeking a new E-Commerce Manager with a high literacy in online analytics tools.Responsibilities:
* Maintain performance of the company web platform by monitoring metrics and analyze and diagnose for site or performance issues with analytic tools, devise site performance improvement plans
* Identify and report on key drivers of customer conversion, including satisfaction and attrition
* Share and advise global stakeholders on local market and competitor insights, local market data
* Carry out bug bashes, user acceptance tests, user research, localization and tone of voice reviews for improving functional performance
* Identify and lead key customer experience opportunities with the Global Customer Experience team
Requirements:
* Competency in Adobe, Google analytics and other online analytical tools
* 5+ years' experience in retailing, analysis or product management in e-commerce
* Experience in the travel and/or e-commerce industry
* Native level Japanese; business level English
