A leading multinational medical device manufacturer is looking for the new Marketing Director with team management experience.Responsibilities:
* Be accountable for the development of annual marketing plan (strategic and tactical) for the company, strategic planning, market research programs and control of the marketing budget
* Prepare new product marketing plans for product launches, in collaboration with relevant internal teams
* Work with APAC marketing leaders to support the development of next generation products for maintaining a strong product portfolio
* Establish a system of data analytics and communications for more effective correspondence between the marketing and sales teams
* Be in charge of performance appraisal of marketing and sales managers and for staff training and development opportunities
* Analyze competitor products and features financial metrics and industry trends for benchmarking organizational performance within the industry and to competitors in Japan
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business or a related discipline, MBA preferred
* 15+ years' experience in marketing, preferably in the medical device industry
* 8+ years' experience in direct management of marketing professionals
