A world leading biotech company is searching for a new Business Manager. This position will be responsible for sales and marketing in Japan.Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain relationships with licensed technology groups and key opinions leaders, channel distributors, partners and customers to ensure customer satisfaction
* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to develop and implement strategies which meet key business goals
* Encourage teamwork across all business units
* Lead and collaborate on customer events, presentations, and on-site visits
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or higher
* 5+ years marketing or sales experience in the healthcare industry
* 2+ years of consultative sales experience and channels sales experience
* Experience in a team environment and as a team leader
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and customer relationship management software
* Willingness and ability to travel
* Willingness and ability to perform physical labour including heavy lifting and climbing
