A leading global pharmaceutical company is looking to hire a Head of Commercial Training. Based in Osaka, the successful candidate will collaborate with other internal departments to identify and assess the current and future training needs of the salesforce and design an appropriate training curriculum.
仕事内容
A leading global pharmaceutical company is looking to hire a Head of Commercial Training.
Responsibilities:

* Oversee commercial training and orchestrate all relevant training programs
* Assess the effectiveness of training methods and learn from results and feedback
* Perform external research to continuously optimize commercial training programs by incorporating up-to-date training methodologies, tools, and best practices
* Supervise field and central training teams
* Prepare and manage the training budget

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or higher
* 5+ years' commercial training experience in a pharmaceutical company
* Sales management experience and/or experience as a medical representative in Japan is desirable
* Computer proficiency
* Native level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 730+)
