A global supplier of electrical goods and electronic components is seeking a Senior Digital and Marketing Manager with leadership experience.Responsibilities:
* Develop yearly and quarterly commercial plans to define objectives in multi-channel marketing, digital advertising, lifecycle marketing, social advertising and more
* Manage a team of digital marketing specialists and lead marketing activities for customer and supplier campaigns
* Analyze customer insight, mass segment performance, macro environment, competitive digital environments in Japan and use the observed insight to define commercial directions
* Supervise and guide the digital marketing team and cross-functional teams to implement digital campaigns, content marketing, homepage campaigns, emails, SEO content activities and other digital marketing initiatives through the use of MVT tools
* Be responsible for commercial performance in the mass-customer segment
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Digital, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
* Expertise in digital marketing principles and best practices in fields including digital advertising, search engine marketing, content marketing, behavior or data-driven marketing, PR and social media, MVT and conversation rate optimization techniques
* Experience in a senior digital marketing role
* Experience in team management and overseeing multiple ongoing projects simultaneously
* Advanced verbal and written proficiency in English
