A well-known provider of vascular training equipment is now hiring for a Customer Service Specialist with a high computer literacy.Responsibilities:
* Make after-sales and regular calls to customers in order to identify areas where assistance is required
* Feedback to the company's development team based on market developments and functionality
* Manage product installations and monitoring of customers to maintain satisfaction
* Follow up for contract renewals
* Provide pre-sales support such as product demonstration and technical follow-ups
Requirements:
* Experience in CRM, using Windows OS
* Verbal and written proficiency in both Japanese and English
* Skills in computer problem-solving and trouble shooting
* Understanding of computer hardware
* Ability to travel to customer sites
