A leading global healthcare company is seeking an experienced HR professional for a Business Unit HR Consultant position.Responsibilities:
* Design and implement organization and talent strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of talent
* Help build commercial & functional leadership capabilities to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of the organization and drive growth
* Provide group and one-on-one coaching with managers and employees to support leadership development, engagement intervention, business decision-making, problem solving, and performance management
* Develop and implement effective change management strategies to enable the organization to thrive through periods of change
* Assist in resolving performance and employee relations issues
Requirements:
* 5+ years' HR experience
* At least a year of experience with or a strong understanding of talent acquisition, rewards, people & organizational development, employee relations, and HR operations
* Ability to influence at all levels in a matrix environment
* Proficiency in both English and Japanese
