A global enterprise software company is looking to hire a Senior Customer Engagement Manager with a technical or architecture background.Responsibilities:
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the engagement cycle
* Serve as the main point of contact for customers and provide a link to other internal teams as required
* Lead project teams of internal and external consultants, leveraging a strong understanding of project management methodologies and principles
* Deliver pre-sales presentations and project kick-off meetings
* Hold regular project review calls and meetings with customers
* Identify upsell opportunities and engage sales & pre-sales teams
Requirements:
* Project leadership experience with enterprise software or SaaS implementations; business analyst experience desirable
* Experience managing multiple projects and initiatives in very large customer accounts
* ITIL V2 or V3 Foundations certification preferred
* Agile scrum experience and Scrum Master certification desirable
* Fluency in Japanese; business level English
