- A multinational software company is searching for a Solutions Manager for the automotive industry. The successful candidate will establish business relationships with all of the major automotive players in Japan with a core focus on developing opportunities to offer new solutions.

【年収1000万円～1300万円】Responsibilities:
外資系ソフトウェアメーカーにて提案型営業活動を担っていただきます！
* Support the regional sales teams by maintaining deep insights on new technologies and software platforms relevant to the automotive market
* Identify relevant technology and software development changes for the local vendors and translate these into business opportunities
* Develop business plans for solution proposals to support growth of the regional customer pipeline
* Support the sales team during the initial phases of new business development for new solutions and customers
* Assist with the creation of materials including presentations, sales handbooks, offering briefs, and reference bids
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
* 8+ years' experience in an automotive company, preferably an OEM or Tier 1 company
* Software development experience or experience managing sizable software development projects in the automotive market
* Native level Japanese; advanced English proficiency
* Ability and willingness to travel
