- An international technology group is seeking an experienced professional with business control or audit experience to join their team as a Business Control Manager. In this position, the successful applicant will develop policies to maintain financial compliance within the organization, coordinating risk awareness and mitigation procedures within a multinational business.
- 仕事内容

Responsibilities:
* Review and develop the standard policies and procedures to ensure business activities are in line with company conduct guidelines
* Lead and coordinate risk identification, assessment and mitigation procedures as well as company control environment updates with statutory auditors
* Lead and coordinate division, sales branch audit, J-SOX etc. including reporting
* Provide support to the leadership team in order to improve the efficiency of operating processes and strengthen financial controls as well as operating procedure designs and compliance
* Establish the control platform, create control environments across the organization and promote control awareness within the organization
Requirements:
* 15+ years' professional experience with 10+ years' business control and/or audit experience
* Good understanding of accounting principles
* Disciplined, highly self-motivated and result oriented personality
* A strategic through process with strong analytical skills and an ability to see the big picture
* Native level Japanese; high business English
