『Talent Acquisition Manager』
This role will work closely with Senior Managers of Business/Function Groups, RPO venders, Talent Agents, Business Partners and TA Team Members in Japan to understand the Talent Acquisition needs and deliver CoE developed and/or customized programs and solutions.
Key focus areas for this role include managing to attract and deploy the right talent in timely manner, aligned with business needs of the country and to deliver the following:
• To establish and implement Talent Acquisition strategies of Japan in line with the APAC one to implement cost-effective, high-impact solutions that address business staffing needs (short and long term).
• To manage the entire recruitment process including consulting for hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring and on-boarding 他

- 必須
-
• 10+ years’ experience in a HR generalist (with high focus on Recruitment) and/or senior recruitment specialist role.
• Solid knowledge of the staffing and talent management best practices of Japan.
• A track record of success in participation and execution of tangible Talent Acquisition solutions.
• Success working across complex; highly matrix; multi-cultural organizations.
• Certifications or structured methodology of interviewing skills will be highly preferred.
• Experience with a variety of staffing sourcing channels; systems; methodologies, analytics, reporting dashboards, and demonstrable expertise in driving change as a result.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, medical devices advantageous
• Sound working knowledge of HRIS Systems/Taleo.

想定年収:約1000万円~1200万円※ご経験・スキルを考慮のうえ決定
