- An exciting new Project Manager role has arisen at a global solar company. To succeed in this position you must have strong communication skills and the ability to give persuasive presentations. You will ensure customers' contract requirements are met, coordinate with end buyers and subcontractors, and demonstrate knowledge of municipal codes and voltage power systems.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive due diligence for solar project opportunities and ensure successful execution of projects from a technical standpoint throughout the entire project span
* Review load data, site photos, and other documentation and interact directly with customer representatives
* Work in conjunction with in-house system designers to prepare project-specific system design plans
* Create system schematics and drawings
* Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
* Identify and manage project dependencies; coach, mentor, and motivate project team members
Requirements:
* A BS in engineering (electrical or mechanical) is required; MA preferred
* 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager
* Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Microsoft Projects
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in AutoCAD or SolidWorks CAD software preferred
* Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources including upper management, clients, and other departments
