Responsibilities:
* Drive the profitability and growth of the company's products across assigned market segments of consumer, electric/electronics, industrial and medical applications
* Set up both a short term and 3-5 year strategy for market segments in partnership with the company's global counterparts
* Set and communicate an annual operating plan for each customer within the market segments based on a deep understanding of the segments as well as excellent customer relationships
* Execute sales and account plans for customers through both direct and dotted-line accountability
* Promote new business developments within market segments through strong relationship building and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in science/commerce or similar
* 5-10 years' relevant experience
* Strong negotiation ability and excellent communication skills
* Good business and technical acumen
* Openness to a multicultural and diverse environment
