Responsibilities:
* Serve as an internal expert to understand and communicate the customer's business and technology road map and drive teams to improve product quality and attain/maintain the #1 supplier position
* Understand the customer's business and profit model, their industry, and their strategy to win in that industry
* Decipher customers' buying processes and decision points
* Maintain a high level of knowledge of the company's products and applications
* Establish relationships with senior management/C-Suite at accounts to promote partnerships; ensure the company is supporting the customer's long-term business strategy
Requirements:
