- Reporting to APAC Head of Marketing at this global intelligence company, the candidate selected for this Lead Management Specialist role will oversee the lead qualification process, by qualifying leads from inbound enquiries, outbound campaigns, and lead nurturing programs. You will play a crucial role on the regional marketing and sales team. Great chance to showcase your bilingual communication skills and project management expertise.

Responsibilities:
* Proactively make outbound calls to prospective candidates; develop and use new techniques to foster outbound lead generation
* Develop scripts and refine; pass on any qualified leads to the sales team using Salesforce.com
* Qualify enquiries to gauge interest, using research content where available
* Monitor and report back on progress of leads after hand-over
* Help to build and clean lists at the beginning of campaigns
Requirements:
* Can converse confidently in English and Japanese; Korean proficiency a plus
* A proven track record (3+ years) in a challenging telemarketing environment
* Effective use of Salesforce, Pardot, and Microsoft Office products
* Excellent project management skills
* Experience using effective qualification and questioning methodologies
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Results-driven
