* Gain relevant market share
* Grow consolidated sales profit and volume of the product line
* Build relationships with customers and distributors
Requirements:
* Strong commercial acumen
* Ability to deliver optimal sales results
* Ability to build and lead a business
* Intermediate level English skills - written and oral - for some communication with manager stationed overseas
* At least 2 years' experience as a B2B sales manager
* A BS in animal nutrition, agri-business, or equivalent
* A valid driver's license
