- A speciality chemicals company is recruiting an experienced professional with 5 years' experience in order fulfilment and international trade to join the team as Customer Service & Logistics Manager. This position-whose chief responsibility is to process orders, provide sales support, and coordinate with supply chain-offers you the chance to work as part of a dynamic team comprised of domestic and overseas colleagues.

Responsibilities:
* Order fulfilment - order processing, coordinate with supply chain and logistics, monitor shipping and local deliveries, and work with finance on credit issues
* Logistics & supply chain - devise warehouse replenishment plan in accordance with sales forecast and current inventory level
* Team leadership - lead and own the overall fulfilment process, ensure operation quality and efficiency, and lead hiring of personnel in the area of customer service
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills in Japanese and English (TOEIC 730+)
* 5 years' experience in order fulfilment, international trade, and supply chain
* 3 years' experience leading a team or activity
* Previous data entry experience gained from working within the supply chain
* Ability to work as part of a team alongside overseas/domestic colleagues
* A diploma
* Microsoft Office and ERP (data entry) skills
