- A world-famous sporting goods company is seeking a candidate with strong business acumen and demand planning experience to join them as Demand Planner (FP&A). This position offers you the chance to join a revered brand and apply your expertise towards the implementation of department strategy, the execution of day-to-day activities, and the revision of necessary processes.

Responsibilities:
* Implement department strategy and execute day-to-day activities
* Run the monthly demand planning process from initial planning to in-season activities
* Provide statistical forecasting as an alternative viewpoint
* Create and provide analysis to improve forecast accuracy
* Drive consensus plan between sales, retail, ecom, and marketing
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree
* Experience in the sporting goods/clothing industry preferred
* Demand planning experience within a large sales organization
* Japanese fluency; proficient in written English
* Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access; SAP SMC skills viewed favourably
* Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
