Using your business planning experience, you will expertly partner with the business franchise on company-wide planning and lead budget and strategic business planning. This is a multifaceted role suitable for a seasoned professional.

Responsibilities:
* Drive and lead the discussion, resource allocation, and implementation in the business franchise to achieve business goals and financial targets
* Lead the preparation of the business franchise one-year budget and strategic business plan
* Support the business franchise on strategic and operational decision making
* Identify and lead productivity initiatives
* Take a leadership role in cross-functional and cross-divisional projects/processes to achieve company business goals
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of business and how to partner in an operational company or professional firm
* A financial background and strong analytical thinking skills
* Controlling and project management knowledge
* Presentation skills in English
* Results-driven
* Pharmaceutical experience preferred
