A dynamic IT Manager role has arisen at a global pharmaceutical company. The candidate selected for this position will be responsible for providing leadership to the manufacturing IT team, delivering IT compliant solutions and services, and managing IT staff. Great opportunity to showcase your IT/automation knowledge and people management experience.
仕事内容
Responsibilities:

* Establish, enable, and reward a safe work culture
* Operate in a state of continuous compliance with respect to quality and governance
* Accountable for the performance and results of the IT team
* Develop and execute business, production and/or organizational plans with a time horizon of up to three years
* Deliver projects on time and on budget, meeting business requirements while effectively using resources
* Drive continuous improvement in base operations to help reduce operating expenses at sites to fund growth

Requirements:

* IT or automation/engineering experience/knowledge
* Project management experience
* People management experience
* Strong communication skills; able to influence others using either Japanese or English
* Negotiation skills
