- A global apparel company currently has an opening for an Assistant Manager of Operations. The ideal candidate has a background in supply chain/operations and will make good use of their skills and experience in a dynamic environment. The position's primary purpose is to support and manage the day-to-day activities of the distribution centre and to deliver cost-effective customer service.

Responsibilities:
* Manage operation team's budget and P&L
* Drive and take the lead to plan and propose initiatives or suggestions for work improvement projects
* Monitor and ensure effective manpower deployment to achieve a high level of productivity, accuracy, and customer KPIs
* Manage the team to ensure services provided meet customer expectations
* Facilitate teamwork and information sharing within the team
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or industrial engineering
* Administration experience of 5-8 years
* Management experience of 1-2 years
* Prior work experience in a contract logistics operations environment
* Intermediate accounting knowledge
* Spoken and written Japanese proficiency
