- The successful candidate who assumes the position of Financial Controller will join a renowned luxury food brand and, reporting to the Finance Director will take on a variety of tasks and projects including developing business policies, reviewing transactions, managing staff, and preparing compliance reports.

Responsibilities:
* Partner with the director on the development of short- and long-term financial operation strategy
* Develop appropriate business processes and policies for accounting and reporting, and ensure there are strong internal controls in place
* Supervise and manage staff
* Complete monthly and fiscal financial closing
* Perform actual results analysis
* Manage insurance coverage in cooperation with the U.S. Treasury
Requirements:
* A university graduate in finance or formal accounting qualification
* 10+ years' experience in finance and/or accounting controls at a complex multinational corporation
* Operational experience with US GAAP, IFRS, and compliance issues
* Strong internal control capabilities
* Business English fluency (speaking, reading, writing)
