As the Financial Analyst, the successful candidate will provide crucial support to monthly forecasting, planning, annual budget, and long-term planning processes. - 仕事内容

Responsibilities:
* Support monthly financial forecast tasks including risks & opportunities and closing variance analysis
* Assist with the development of the annual budget and long-term strategic plan
* Prepare and analyze actual financial data against budget/forecast/prior years
* Assist with other ad-hoc requests as required by management, business unit leaders, and global finance team
* Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts
* Assist with internal audit preparation
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree (accounting, finance, business preferred)
* At least 3+ years' finance/accounting experience
* Native level Japanese and business level English is essential for this role
* Excellent communication skills, enabling smooth coordination with teams in Japan and global counterparts
* Excellent Excel/SAP skills preferred
* Strong finance acumen
