- A leading manufacturer of solar products is seeking a professional with a solid grasp of the local Japanese market to join them as Sales Manager. This dynamic position will see you handling a range of tasks, from capturing market opportunities and growing market share to visiting potential clients and representing the company.
- 仕事内容

Responsibilities:
* Capture emerging market opportunities
* Develop key account customer-related commercial solar projects and ground mounted projects
* Research local FIT policy and develop the market accordingly with the aim of creating more business opportunities
* Develop relationships in the local region with government bodies and project investors/developers
* Track key account activities in SalesForce and report regularly to leader
* Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow for the company based on established KPIs
Requirements:
* A good understanding of the local Japanese market
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sales Manager or 5 years' experience as a Senior Sales Manager with successful B2B sales experience in the PV solar industry in the local Japanese market
* A proven track record of successful execution of sales targets
* Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Native level Japanese
* Ability to travel as needed
