- An international chemical manufacturer is searching for a highly experienced salesperson to join their team in Japan as the Senior Sales Representative. In this position, you will have the opportunity to use your Japanese/English bilingual ability along with your sales expertise to drive the further growth of a multinational leader.

Responsibilities:
* Develop sales plans and account plans based on sales strategies for long-term and durable growth; manage the sales cycle for assigned accounts with the requirements of multiple business units for various market segments
* Analyse customer needs; indentify and target new business/sales opportunities within the marketplace
* Effectively communicate and negotiate sales contracts with customers; educate customers on new products and product enhancements
* Understand and communicate customer issues, current prospects and marketing events to sales management; accurately articulate and present product features and benefits
* Interpret and manage key financial result areas, i.e. revenues, volume, margins, days outstanding and forecasting
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a business related field
* 7+ years' experience in sales or services
* Strong communication skills and business acumen
* Fluent written and spoken Japanese and English (TOEIC 800+)
