Responsibilities:
* Act as team leader or sub leader for a project at a customer site
* Perform requirement analysis, software integration and problem analysis
* Attend team meetings and represent the team in meetings with customers or other vendors
* Communicate with customers and understand their needs both explicit and implicit
* Be part of requirements discussions and transfer the same to offshore team with proper documentation
* Analyse data and create reports
Requirements:
* 3-7 years' experience as a software engineer with experience in requirement analysis, requirement tracking and software integration
* Bachelor's or master's in engineering (computers, electronics, electrical)
* Exposure to the software development lifecycle and processes
* Knowledge of data analysis procedures is an advantage
