募集背景
A manufacturer active in the global semiconductor industry is searching for an experienced service professional with international experience to join them as a CAT Engineer. The ideal candidate will have an academic background in chemical engineering or material science.
仕事内容
Responsibilities:

* Analyse current baseline process performance, identify gaps with respect to next technology node requirements
* Perform problem and root cause analysis of system performance issues (non-conformances) at customer sites
* Drive the development of structural solutions; set engineering requirements
* Develop solutions in close cooperation with R&D and process development
* Test and quality new solutions at the customer sight

Requirements:

* PhD/Master's degree or equivalent experience in material science and engineering or chemical engineering
* 4+ years' relevant experience within an international service organisation
* Experience with advanced troubleshooting/problem analysis
* Good knowledge of semiconductor device applications
* Bilingual Japanese/English
