仕事内容: Major responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
・Overseeing the operation of the global Compliance Program in Japan
・Liaise between Compliance and business/operation departments as needed
・Conduct quality assurance function for Compliance Program
・Facilitate workshop (i.e. on risk assessment process) for compliance departments and business units
・Review and consolidate compliance risk report, and coordinate meetings for key stakeholders.
・Assisting in the implementation of global initiatives and US best practices
・Liaise with Asia regional and US HQ offices, organize events for US and Asia HQ.
・Assist in the roll-out of global policies and trainings.

応募資格

必須: Skills:
・Breadth of experience in the areas of internal controls, governance, compliance, audit, or consulting. Showing a solid understanding on the business processes function and corresponding operational controls.
・At least 3-5 years of audit in a BIG four and/or compliance experience in financial industry is a plus. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to partner with business (being an advisor and a facilitator) are critical.
・Self-starter, able to provide solutions and alternatives. Consistently demonstrate strong communication skills and a confident, professional, and positive attitude.
・Proficiencies in English (reading and writing a “MUST”, speaking is needed at a business level)
・Conscious of time management, able to complete work under pressure, able to prioritize tasks.
