The main responsibilities are as follows:
Assist the Brand Marketing teams on advertising and marketing clearance, pricing, sales and discount offers, contests and sweepstakes, and other promotions matters
Coordinate response to complaints and investigations involving product and store safety issues
Support fact gathering and resolution of trademark matters and disputes
Process administration for commercial and other contracts
Handle legal work for certain routine commercial transactions and marketing-related matters as determined in coordination with internal clients and legal colleagues
Assist the Real Estate Leasing team with the preparation and negotiation of retail leases and related documents in coordination with outside counsel

Experienced with legal review of advertising, marketing, and promotions
Experienced with intellectual property matters a plus
Experienced providing legal or business process support to an international company or law firm
Fluent in written and spoken Japanese
Proficient in written and spoken English
Able to show persuasive communication skills
Able to show strong project management, time management and organizational skills
