|募集背景||In this exciting position, you will provide the highest level of Technical Support to a Bigdata stat-up's rapidly growing customer base. You will provide help to these enterprises throughout the Pre and Post Sales process. Essential skills are Linux Unix, Scripting and customer support experience|
|仕事内容||Customer Facing (Email, Phone, In person) Senior technical support engineer. Small environment so a flexible person is required. May have responsibility for support cases outside of Japan also. High English level required.
* Hands-on with Linux administration and package deployment tools
* Deployment and maintenance of distributed applications/services across multiple machines
* Shell scripting (Shell, Perl, or Python)
* Storage Administration / Volume Management
* Excellent documentation and communication skills with strong attention to detail
* Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively
* BS Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience
* 5 years experience in troubleshooting integrated and complex systems
* Fluent in English and Japanese with strong verbal and written communication skills
