|募集背景||Looking for the person who have strong responsible for achieving channel and customer profitability aims as well as category share goals (as applicable). The role is accountable for the profitable growth of a distributor / s topline. Within the function – the role delivers on controlling of sales expenses, controllable portions of the SG&A line and trade spends specific to his or her distributor. The role also helps coordinates and supports the delivery of achieving an optimal supply chain platform for his or her customer/s.|
|仕事内容||Helps support the delivery of market financial goals which includes but is not limited to: revenue in terms of net sales, gross profit, category/market share (where applicable) and operating income by developing and executing business plans with identified distributor, customer/s, channels and area. Working closely with Marketing, Finance and supplychain the role is envisioned to to be a resource of Hershey that grows the business of identified distributor / s / channels /area (DCA) faster than an established set comparative distributors or industry benchmarks and organization expectations
The role requires developing and implementing an effective and coordinated customer marketing and customer business plans in support of organizational and regional/ business unit strategies (i.e. multiple markets as applicable) and other globally or regionally driven efforts (e.g. Traditional Trade). The role is a customer facing role representing the corporation with recognized customers and/or relevant organizations, partners and suppliers within the market/s.
The role is ultimately responsible for the development and training of his team of direct reports (if any) and key distributor personnel for customer / s under his or her business unit. He or she must be abreast of current trade trends, market conditions and marketing, finance, supply chain and sales enablers through continued education and training.
The customer development manager role is expected to leverage and grow partnerships with his or her key distributor /s at all levels both in modern and traditional trade (as relevant) for the identified accounts under the business unit. He or she is the main liaison with the Marketing, Finance and Operations regional or sub-regional support teams as required.
|応募資格||Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Be specific with regard to years of experience, special training, applicable degree (or critical college level courses), as well as equivalency to education and experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree holder or above. Preference for candidates with business related degrees. He or she must know and understand current trade trends, market conditions and sales enablers through continued education and training.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years solid work experience in sales (key account management, distributor management and traditional trade.)
- English: Proficient oral and written English communications ( skillful business memo writing, business presentations, and daily communication with English-speaking peers and external partners);
- Japanese: Fluent / Native
- Skillful usage of Microsoft Office softwares in business document development and presentation, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
