・Develops the regional marketing strategy, business plans, financial analyses and forecasts.
・Leads the regional product commercialization process of new products and technologies.
・Creates and leads cross-functional product and launch teams.
・Translates unmet market needs into profitable product solutions.
・Investigates market research and interprets data and competitive trends.
・Leads branding, positioning and messaging of new products.
・Ensures clinical evidence adequately supports the new products working with the Medical Department.
・Develops launch programs to drive awareness and penetration working with Brand Marketing and Professional Education
Develops and executes the of pricing, reimbursement and contracting strategies.
・Identifies and develops required launch materials and sales tools.
・Works with Communications on internal and external customer communications including Public Relations (PR).
・Develops and delivers the necessary sales training for product launches.
・Builds strong relationships with key opinion leaders and key decision makers in identified market segments
・Participate in national, regional and local professional education and other promotional events as required.
・Travels to support all activities relating to the development process.
・Maintains visibility of all documentation related to assigned product portfolio.
・Participates in any and all reasonable work activities as may be deemed suitable and assigned by management.
・At least 7 years of marketing experience in project management.
・Experience in Medical device marketing
・Experience in people management
・Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
・Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
