|仕事内容||Job title: Relationship Marketing Executive
■Well understand the latest CRM environment, opportunities and threats, and co-develop mid to long-term relationship marketing strategies with line manager.
■Translate the above strategies into clearly focused priorities and plans. Plan includes all of (or some of) below in integrated manner;
■Ensure that the right metrics are in place, monitor progress by appropriate researches and analysis, and take immediate corrective action for any performance gaps.
■Manage relationship marketing budgets including expenditure for external agencies
■Act as a Brand champion within local organization, ensuring consistent brand expression through all communication materials.
■Collaborate with RC Central CRM team and Brand Communication Team, and connect other Mars/RC business units to transfer/ learn best practices.
|応募資格||■Minimum 5 year experience in brand marketing
■Experience in a multinational consumer goods company
■Experience working in assignment with cross functional interaction
■Project managing experience
■Open to learn different way of working, i.e., can change his/her mind after stating own position/point of view and being presented with reasonable counter evidences
|年収・給与||650万～800万円程度＋Overtime Pay + Bonus (Max 10% of Base Salary)|
