|仕事内容||As a pre-sales director, you will be responsible for;
•Together with sales team provide business solutions to large-scale clients
•People management (KPI management, performance review, coaching and training)
•Setting and achieving business targets (Revenue, strategy and customer satisfaction)
•Communicating and collaborating with partner engineers and respective development teams in case of solution customization.
|応募資格||•You have substantial pre-sales experience including leading a team of highly skilled pre-sales engineers either at a vendor, consulting firm or a major SIer. Other requirements include;
•Strong communication skills and coordinating abilities to cooperate and build good relationship with customers, partner companies and internal related divisions.
•Must be able to apply creative thinking to provide solutions to customers
•Excellent technical marketing skills
•Business minded personality, MBA preferred
•You are fluent in Japanese with reading & writing capability and have business level English language skills
