|仕事内容||1. Support Retail head in the following areas: Meeting arrangements & Meeting room arrangements, Business trip Travel arrangement, Sales Report, Invoice, Expense Report, Time sheets, Filing, Telephone, visitor, arrangement for new hires, circulations, Alternate processing for approval documents, Signing Documents, etc.
2. Support 4 Directors and 13 Area managers when necessary for scheduling mtgs, group activities, etc.
3. Store Recruiting Approval Form
4. Store Status Change Form (Transfer, Promotion, etc)
5. Distribution for Penetration Report,
6. Tallying votes(Order Taking, DM, Wrapping Table, etc)
7. Contest Arrangement, Store Calendar,
8. Holiday Staff Recruiting (Temp Staff)
|応募資格||1. Five years experience in administrative support.
2. Sales Assistant experience.
3. Good working knowledge of PC (Word, Excel, PP).
4. High level of Excel skill is a must.
5. Flexible and quick at taking action.
6. English (Business Level）
