|仕事内容||Planning/Execution: - Develop and execute innovative and creative Brand/Food promotion activities to meet marketing objectives. - Facilitate to achieve the sales target to ensure a sustainable, consistent as well as predictable growth. - Develop and manage "Communication Planning Brief" for developing the programs. Brand / Category Management: - Manage the right p-mix, conduct SKU rationalization and product segmentation of the area. - Continuously develop in-depth consumer understanding of the targeted market and influence the vision on the brands. - Continually strive to identify new promotional opportunities to increase the brand and product awareness. Internal / External Communication: - Builds strong relationships and fosters teamwork among Owner/Operators, Agencies, Suppliers and Staff to achieve maximum performance. - Make recommendations based on monthly forecast, marketing information analysis and statistics. - Consolidation, production, and dissemination of POP and collaterals. Monitor marketing budget. Analysis - Gathers (with the help of the strategy and insights group), analyzes, and provides accurate, relevant, timely information so that agencies make the best recommendations and the company can make informed and confident decisions. - Interprets and evaluates information related to sales, P&L, promotional evaluation, competition, general economic trends, and qualitative/quantitative research|
|応募資格||- More than 5 years experience in marketing in consumer goods industry
- Logical thinking and good presentation skill
- Retail food industry experience would be a plus but not a must.
- Gain commitments from others within and across organizational boundaries - Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
|年収・給与||8.0 to 12.0 million yen, based on qualifications and experience|
