|募集背景||A. Overall Purpose Of The Job (Brief description of the primary purpose of this position) This role acts as a member of regional IT team in Tokyo to support Tokyo users and infrastructure hosted in Tokyo. Primary role is to provide PC support to the users in Japan and act as second level desk side support with handling escalated case from central helpdesk as well. As a member of small regional IT team, this role also supports infrastructure hosted in Tokyo and work for local projects.|
|仕事内容||Deal with IT related requests and ticket handling.
Setup and troubleshooting of PC running Windows XP and 7, along with business applications.
Support Microsoft Office applications and instruct usage to end users.
Support Nortel IP Phones and work with support vendor.
Administration for IT department including reporting, inventory and device management
Fundamental Windows server support
|応募資格||PC hardware knowledge to troubleshoot.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Active Directory.
Microsoft Office application skills as an IT professional.
Fundamental TCP/IT knowledge.
Skills for IT documentation and inventory control.
ITIL v.3 certified or equivalent knowledge.
Cisco switching network knowledge is a plus.
VMware virtualization knowledge is a plus.
3 year+ IT helpdesk and/or desk side support in international environment.
Hands-on experience for PC setup, application installation and troubleshooting.
Windows 7/XP support in domain environment.
Virtualization experience especially VMware is a plus.
Hands-on experience of server or network support is a plus.
PC hardware knowledge to troubleshoot.
