|仕事内容||■Ensures customer satisfaction by being responsible of services delivery in the respect of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and maximizing the service profitability.
■Drives the services by ensuring customer satisfaction, committed time and quality, project profitability and company interests.
■Responsible of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) delivery to the customer.
■Manages relationship with customers and ensures their satisfaction.
■Participates in customer farming by providing support to the quotation for the operation part.
■Manages the Operated Services Delivery project (service management).
■Performs the change management control.
■Ensures internal communication.
|応募資格||■Bachelor degree or above in Computer or Electronic Science Engineering.
■3+ years of working experience in project management/Software Development, or system integration.
■Be familiar with Changepoint, Configuration Management, Microsoft Project, Linux-Unix, Unix scripting (Awk,Perl) – Phyton,
■Unix/Shell scripts, Monitoring, Network administration, Application servers, SOAP, Oracle 10,11 scripting.
■Native Japanese speaker, plus proficient English.
■Knowledge of SLA Management
■Strong communication, presentation, and consulting skills
