|仕事内容||* Deliver the budgeted annual profit for attractions in line with the 5 year business plan * In view of strategic importance, relentlessly grow the cluster attraction business volume and revenue * Continually drive operational, marketing and cost synergies from 'Clustering' in Tokyo and tactical marketing activity across all cluster attractions * Build professional networks with key stakeholders in order to support the development and long term success of attractions * Deliver strategy for cluster sites in line with 5 year business plans to leverage EBITDA growth in line with ROIC objectives * Champion consistent delivery of brand proposition, particularly in terms of KPI's for customer experience, product development and overall entertainment value * Responsible for the strict compliance with all relevant Health and Safety legislation|
|応募資格||*Identify tactical opportunities to develop the business and recommend appropriate courses of action.
*Exploit commercial opportunities as they arise and in conjunction with BUH review pricing and market plans in line with trading levels.
*Strict observation of all appropriate financial authority mandates
Address specific HR with the HR Director and protect company's interest at all times.
* Marketing&sales professional and entrepreneur with senior management experience in the attraction, retail or hospitality * Self-motivated and initiative manager, used to work independently * Network and sound understanding of the Japanese retail market * Proven international exposure, able to manage cross-cultural issues * Japanese national, fluent in English as a working language (oral, written) * Good negotiating skills and sound technical and financial understanding in business management (MBA an asset) * reliable and trustworthy personality * result oriented, structured but able to improvise to achieve goals
