|仕事内容||■The Sales Leader will be responsible for driving increased sales bookings, productivity, customer satisfaction, and relevance for the business unit.
■You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a high performing sales team of Regional Managers and leveraging capabilities across the business.
■This is a quota-carrying role and will be responsible for driving revenues.
■This leader is expected to provide vision, direction, knowledge, resources, programs, tools and processes to the field supporting customers to position and sell complex solutions, driving incremental product and services bookings.
■Support and collaborate with key global management teams of Sales, Client Directors and Global Account Program office teams.
|応募資格||■Experienced in the Japan market place representing a SW firm at a Sales Director or Country Manager level role
■Ability to work effectively within a large organization
■Strong proven leadership qualities
■Native Level Japanese
■Business level English or above and Native Japanese
■Proactive, self-starter, and Ability to work with minimal supervision
