|仕事内容||Your mission will be to increase turnover and lead the team of Global Strategic Account , Regional Account and OEM, Develop business in Indirect Channels.
You will have to :
●Implement mission and key activities of the GSA/ RA / OEM/ ID global team (forecasting, budgeting, sales growth, business development etc) along with consistent and effective sales execution and achieving a successful SA account program
●Synchronise business priorities. Propose and implement the definition of the best practice, processes and rules in direct or indirect liaison with sales activities, ensure consistent deployment of these approaches within the Operations.
●Define and present the accounts selected along with the global sales budget, by operational region, describe the nature and scope of the opportunities via business plan
●Collaborate with the key peers and constituents within the Operations in building the best strategy for the effective and successful implementation of the strategic account program.
|応募資格||●Lead, coach and measure the team: monitoring the activities, setting objectives and regularly measuring achievement level, support commercial actions
●Co-ordinate the activity of the business developers in order to create the synergy between the countries and products to be marketed
●Manage the information and communicate on important commercial actions, especially those that require coordination and collaboration between country operations and strategic accounts, and promote the synergies among countries.
●With the co-operation of the Business Development and Sales Support teams provide high-level customer relations support in key accounts, key projects and as appropriate with customers in general.

Skills / Profile:
●Bachelor's Degree is required; MBA degree is desirable.
