Responsible for coordinating and overseeing strategic sales and marketing activities within assigned customer base for the Business Unit.
oServes as SPA for Account Management Customer Excellence Plan
oManages new business development and growth strategies for assigned account.
oOversees the Long Term Agreement (LTA) life cycle management; e.g., pricing and portfolio management.
oPerforms open items tracking and resolution with plant and field staff.
oPerforms forecasting; relating market trends to assigned account, budget, and LRP process.
oPerforms working capital management: accounts receivable, payment terms and conditions for base business and extraordinary items; e.g., large tooling packages.
oPrepares reports for internal and external needs (budgets, strategic operating issues, forecasts, etc.).
oCoordinates customer responses on major issues (cost-reduction plans, long-term agreements, terms, conditions, etc.).
|応募資格||○Minimum of a Bachelors degree
○Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
○Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
○Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
○Minimum of seven - ten years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience.
○High level of English fluency.
○Experience in an international arena, dealing with differing cultures and outlooks also highly desirable.
○Strong sales skills and solution selling orientation and attitude strongly desired.
