|仕事内容||■Build and manage the technical relationship with customer's technical personnel at all levels.
■Organization intelligence. - intimate understanding of customer's organization (who/where/responsible for/etc.) and customer's technical architecture, roadmap, pain points, goals, competitive issues.
■Clearly viewed by client as expert in all aspects of client data services delivery architecture
■Identify and initiate new business opportunities
■Define and communicate solution/product strategy and vision to client’s senior level technical and management.
■Take accountability and lead creation of technical sections of large proposals
■Drive, own, and give technical presentations and product demonstration on all aspects of technical products.
■Deep focus on technology and Products, striving towards being specialists, balance working with customer and Product Groups
|応募資格||■Experience with messaging and related products such as Email, SMS, Anti Spam Software
■Experience in a systems engineering organization.
■Experience working for US-based high-tech companies.
■Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Strong English communication skills.
■Demonstrated ability to identify problems and to effectively communicate those issues in order to provide effective options of resolution to the customer.
■Expert problem-solving skills.
■Demonstrated ability of innovative thinking.
■Proven experience in working with very little to no supervision both independently and in teams.
■Ability to rapidly and clearly communicate issues, options, benefits, and recommendations to technical and business team members
■Strong communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
