|仕事内容||- Accountable for all Strategic Market, Consumer, Shopper Research for Core Brands, effectiveness measurement of marketing activities to ascertain ROI, and management of Business Intelligence and market understanding. - Accountable for leading, challenging, coaching, motivating and strengthening the skills and performance of the Marketing Research Team. Responsible for the development of skills, new methods and best practice in accordance with business requirements and international benchmark. Responsible for assigning new roles and accountabilities to the Marketing Research Team according to changing business environment. - Accountable for consistent application of best Marketing Research practice in Marketing Research procedures and high quality standards in consumer, shopper, doctor, pharmacist research. Accountable to review and develop optimal company's Marketing Research Guideline in alignment with Corporate Marketing Research Guideline. - Management responsibility for development, enhancement and management of the company's Data Management system - Provide Management with high quality, consistent consumer, doctor and pharmacist information to support management decision processes - Works with Marketing department to ensure high level knowledge of changing customer and consumer trends, especially in NBO processes and strategic brand development - Provides strong leadership, a vision and strategic direction to employees within the division to ensure they are inspired and motivated to achieve business goals.|
|応募資格||- Well experienced in marketing research and consumer insights at FMCG/consumer goods/personal care industries
- People management experience
Market research and consumer insights experience in OTC or consumer health care industry preferable but not a must.
- Multi functional communication skill - Strategic and analytical thinking
|年収・給与||14.0 to 18.0 million yen, based on qualifications and experience|
