|仕事内容||■Providing leadership to the Japan marketing team and direct support to the Japan dealer network
■Creating, maintaining and supporting customer led strategies and tactical plans that significantly improve the brand penetration and relevance in the Japan market
■Provide the Japan team and the dealer network with a strong expertise in marketing and communication, essentially obtained in a premium environment and on premium products.
|応募資格||■Position requires significant relevant Marketing and sales experience
■3 years’ experience in a marketing management role is a pre-requisite of this position
■Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and appreciation for the brand and products but must as well bring a broader experience from other types of premium or even luxury industries and bring oxygen as
much as knowledge to the Japan team.
■Highly effective collaboration, communication, leadership and facilitation skills as well as past experience for getting results and ontime and on-budget delivery
■Working experience at foreign companies as Marketing and Communications
■Proactive, self-starter, and Ability to work with minimal supervision
