|仕事内容||■Build and manage strategic relationships between IT and Group Business Customers for Solutions for RPO, VMS, BPO, MSP, Outplacement, Training, Call Centers and any other client specific business services
■Consult the Business Customer towards the best possible solution, thereby increasing the competitiveness of the business through effective use of Information Technology
■Ensure business processes within area of responsibility are continuously reviewed, improved, harmonised and requirements prioritised
■Drive innovation and synergies across businesses (via technology and processes)
■Be responsible for all IM deliveries in coordination with all IM delivery units and IM Production
■Ensure consistent deployment of global solutions within the business
|応募資格||■Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Management position of comparable complexity.
■Ideally, 3 years’ experience in the staffing industry with a proven understanding of the staffing industry, its opportunities and challenges.
■Ability to explain complex, technical matters in a simple ‘language’
■Experience of developing and managing service level agreements with set, measured and reportable Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
■Delivering to, and successful management of, stakeholder expectations whilst working in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines, budgets and resources
■University degree preferably in a business or technical subject or any comparable education
■Experience Reviewing and validateing vendor KPIs
■Strong team player
