|仕事内容||In this role you would be managing the recruitment function for mid career as well as junior level positions. Role involves both the strategic planning and managing the operational aspect of the recruiting process. You will work directly with HR Director and Senior Managers across the business. In addition to core recruiting skills, strong business acumen and communication skills is required in order to interface with senior management. + Take responsibility for recruiting and talent pipeline + Work closely with hiring managers in identifying talent acquisition needs + Work closely with other areas of HR to plan and execute recruitment strategy + Negotiate with and manage recruitment vendors + Manage use of recruiting tools such as advertisements, online job boards, professional networking web-sites|
|応募資格||+ Over 5 years experience in recruiting
+ Ability to handle high volumes, 50+ positions per year
+ Health Care industry experience preferred but not required
+ As this position handled high volumes you need strong sense of commitment and be mindful of deadlines / deliverables.
|年収・給与||7.0 to 11.0 million yen, based on qualifications and experience|
