|仕事内容||They are now seeking a specialist to join the Human Resources Team in the Policy & Compensation department.
They Policies team is responsible for codifying and implementing HR policies across the organization. Your role will be to develop, review and implement Human Resources policy alongside the establishment of a new compensation scheme.
This role will also be expected to engage with the workforce and representative unions to achieve satisfactory agreements on salary and labour costs. You will be expected to ensure smooth communication between departments and that policy is applied across the business. Reporting back to management on policy changes and results will complete your tasks.
We are seeking a HR specialist with an interest in working in the automotive field. You should have at least 3 years experience in Human Resources with a focus on compensation policy. You should have a numerate, logical mind and solid communication skills in both English and Japanese.
Fluent English and Japanese
Human Resources experience with a focus on benefits systems
Strong, proactive candidate with good communication skills.
